This place is awesome! Krav Maga is so fun, and the instructors here are so encouraging. The community/environment really adds to the experience. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to learn self-defense, get in-shape, or gain self-confidence.

I started going to Nashville Krav Maga at the end of 2020. After ups and downs many of us faced last year I needed something to get me motivated again. The staff are highly professional, well trained and great passing on the knowledge of this style of martial arts that they have spent years mastering. If you’re looking for a new hobby, to get into shape, to learn self defense, or to step out your comfort zone I highly highly recommend them. I hope to be a student for many more years to come!

The instructors at Nashville Krav Maga have helped me in ways they will probably never know. I started out incredibly out of shape and overweight and very little confidence in myself to be an effective protector for myself and my family... all of that has turned a complete 180 and I feel like I have some skills to defend myself and family should I ever need them. I'm getting in shape and having fun at the same time. I have a long way to go, but I already feel better about myself

Super friendly staff/instructors. A great workout plus you learn how to defend yourself and grow as a person. As an exercise physiologist, I would recommend this for fitness/cross-training for anyone. They have great kids' programming/classes that also address character building. Also, you can go to any of their locations.

Ive been a member for a few months now and I will say it has been everything I hoped for. The instructors are intense and truly care about not only your ability to protect yourself but your personal growth. Whether you're interested in really learning how to defend yourself, mental toughness or looking to get fit, this is a great community. I would highly recommend you taking the chance to invest in yourself by joining.

Great family friendly environment, I felt like I have gained confidence in myself. Instructors are awesome and they keep you engaged. I have enjoyed my time training there and would definitely recommend!

It is the best place to learn real self-defense and getting in shape. The environment is supportive with no ego with training staff or members.

Mr. Gomez and team have made a huge difference in my daughter’s life. Where she had little self confidence and was pretty timid, she has blossomed into a strong confident young lady. The lessons are taught at a level the youth understand but still have a lot of fun learning. I would give them a 10 if I could.

I've been toying with the idea of joining a Krav Maga gym for years, and I was so happy when I found out about Nashville Krav Maga. I decided to try it out for one class and was instantly hooked. The instructors are great...fun, thorough, encouraging. But the real gifts are the people learning alongside me. There's a real family atmosphere and everyone is there to help each other learn how to protect themselves better while getting a hell of a workout in the process. Myles and crew are building something great. I'd recommend checking it out.
